Participate?
Lean can only succeed, if it is understood and accepted by everybody in a company. Therefore this workshop is meant for everyone who is interested in lean.
We are not a consulting firm that tells you how it can work out for you. We can only tell and show you how and why it works for us by using common sense and by only selecting and adapting the tools and methods from lean that add value for us and our customers.
The workshop is designed for a group of 10 to 12 participants. The best way is to participate with a group of colleagues from your company. Larger groups can be spread over more days.
Once a year we try to organize the workshop by means of open registration.
